Rice with Asparagus and Peas

I followed Max’s recipe on Instagram for this similar to risotto dish! It was tasty and filling! I started by cooking brown rice in a pot. While that was going, I sautéed onion in a pan. Once, translucent I added in some flour and let it cook for a couple minutes Then, I added in some milk and let the sauce thicken. I added some more milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. In another skillet, I started cooking garlic and mushrooms. I added some spring peas, asparagus, lemon juice, and lemon zest. I tossed everything together and garnished with parsley.
