Parmesan Herb Bread (Rustic and No Kneading!)

I have never made a no knead bread. The idea just seems a little odd to me. When I think about homemade bread, I think about the process of kneading and rising. This recipe for parmesan herb bread (will link below) takes a very simple approach to making bread. I liked how the bread came out, but I do think there was a little too much spice in it. I think I would use less of the spices if I were to make this again.

The process is as simple as combining everything in a bowl and bringing it together. Once together, I did knead a couple of times just to be able to bring it into a ball. I transferred it to a greased bowl and let it rise. I shaped it into two small loves after it proved the first time and let it proof again. I baked it until it was nice and golden.

I liked how this made two small loaves. This type of bread is the perfect addition to a dinner with maybe pasta or chicken. I did like the flavor that the herbs brought to the table, but I thought that there were slightly too many herbs. I would like to make this style of bread again to continue to learn about the technique.
