Cheese Stuffed Garlic Rolls
I will link below the recipe that I followed for these cheese stuffed garlic rolls. First, I made a beautiful, soft dough. I allowed that to prove before filling them with small mozzarella balls. I let them prove again before baking them in the oven. When they came out of the oven, I covered the rolls in a beautiful parsley garlic butter. I was so happy with the texture and flavor of these rolls!
I have a few comments about the rolls. First, I did not make the sauce that the recipe suggested serving them with. Instead, I served them with the leftover garlic butter. I also think these rolls need to be served right out of the oven. I was a little disappointed when I saw that a few of mine leaked the cheese out of the bottom of the roll, but this just shows that you need to wrap the rolls rightly around the mozzarella. Other than that, I was so happy with them! I thought they were soft and perfect! I would even use this recipe as a roll recipe without the mozzarella in the middle.
