Chocolate Fudge (SO Easy AND SO Delicious!)
Okay, it is the weekend, so let’s talk about some fudge. I decided to make a simple chocolate fudge over the holidays and I am still thinking about it. It was so easy and turned out so delicious. It was rich, creamy, and everything you could ask for in a chocolate fudge.
This recipe called for sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, salt, and butter. I stirred everything together in a pot on the stove. Once it was all mixed together, I transferred to a greased parchment lined 8X8’’ baking dish. I let it cool until room temperature and then I placed it in the fridge overnight. I was able to cut it into nice bit sized pieces the following day.
This fudge was so incredibly easy and delicious that I know I will be making this around the holidays every year. It had a delicious taste and the perfect texture. If you have never made fudge before, I suggest starting with a simple recipe like this one that calls for a few ingredients and doesn’t require a lot of technique. It is easy and turns out delicious.
Taste: 10/10!
Notes for next time: I would love to add some chopped nuts, M&Ms, or other candy next time!
