Kale Chips, Ranch-Style Kale Chips, AND Spicy Sesame-Ginger Kale Chips (Recipes #157,158,159)
To be honest, I did not like the recipe for the kale chips. I think it was a good recipe if you enjoy kale chips. I just did not like the texture of the chips. I did use the curly kale (as you can see from the picture). The kale did come out crispy and perfectly salty. I do want to note that just because I did not like the chips does not mean that this was a bad recipe. The recipe was easy to put together. It is very important that you wash the kale thoroughly and then let the kale dry thoroughly. The kale needs to be dry or it will not crisp up in the oven. The kale also needs enough space on the baking tray to ensure that it cooks correctly (use two baking sheets if need be).
