Gnocchi with Butter and Sage
I have just recently become obsessed with gnocchi. When I was researching gnocchi, I continued to come across a very basic idea of gnocchi with butter and sage. Jacob and I made some gnocchi so I decided to give it a try!
I started by melting butter in a non-stick skillet. I threw in about 5 sage leaves and let them sauteed in the melted butter. After they became fragrant, about one minute, I placed the gnocchi in the pan. I let the gnocchi cook until all sides of the gnocchi were golden brown. I decided to keep it simple for my first time making it. I could have added cheese or maybe even other seasonings, but I felt it was just delicious with butter and sage. I would highly recommend trying this!
