Raspberry Limeade Mocktail
How fun are mocktails?! They are pretty awesome if you ask me! I love mocktails because they are typically a slightly fancier drink. They just make me feel special. Put them in a cocktail or wine glass and it makes it even better. Mocktails are great just because they are!
I was in the mood to make a mocktail to have with tacos the other night. I was doing some research and I landed on raspberry limeade mocktails (I will link the original website down below). They turned out so good! The recipe calls for raspberries, sugar, water lime juice, and ginger ale. I made the recipe much easier than it was written because no one has time to waste.
Raspberry Limeade Mocktails
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
¾ cup raspberries (I used frozen and let them thaw
¾ cup water
Juice of one lime
2-4 tbsp sugar (depending on sweetness level)*
¾ cup ginger ale
Optional: Mint leaf garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine the raspberries, water, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth**.
Add ice to a tall glass. Divide raspberry mixture between the glasses and top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint.
*I used 3 tablespoons.
**Feel free to strain the mixture if you do not want any seeds.
