Cheddar Cheese Bread

I am going to be very honest about this cheddar cheese bread recipe (I will link below the website that I used). I did not follow all of the directions. I thought I knew what I was doing and changed a few things. I would suggest following the recipe as written. The linked recipe does a great job of explaining what to do. Even though I changed a few things about the recipe, I used the same amounts of ingredients that were listed for the bread. The bread did turn out okay, but I think it would have turned out better if I followed the directions more closely. Anyway, silly mistake on my part. Here is a picture of the bread!
