Eight-Strand Plaited Loaf

I love baking bread! There was one episode of The Great British Baking show that I was watching when I saw the contestants challenged to make an eight-strand plaited loaf. One of the contestants made a comment about how she could barely braid her hair with three strands so she knew the eight strands were going to be challenging. I had the exact same thought, so I went into the kitchen and started making this bread!

I will link the original recipe down below. It does a great job of explaining what is necessary to achieve the perfect braided loaf. I followed this recipe exactly and I was quite happy with how my bread turned out. I know I have some work to do on the technique, but the bread did taste amazing!
