Canned beans
Garbanzo beans/chickpeas--So versatile
Great as it
Mash for wraps and sandwiches
Fry in oil for crispy chickpeas (use as croutons!)
The liquid in the can, aquafaba, is great for aquafaba meringues and more!
Black beans
Cannellini beans
Canned vegetables--Cheap and quick alternative to fresh vegetables that is budget friendly
Diced tomatoes and diced tomatoes with green chilies--I love using these in so many things! Soups, stews, pastas, and more!
Coconut milk--This helps make really creamy stews and curries!
Pickles--Personal favorite that I like to keep on hand!
