Raspberry Sorbet AND Raspberry Sorbet with Ginger and Mint (Recipes #171 AND #172)

So from my previous post, you know that I do not have an ice cream maker. I still gave the two raspberry sorbets a try. The texture was not exactly right, but I know that is because I did not use an ice cream maker. However, the taste was just incredible! The sorbets tasted extremely fresh like the actual raspberry was frozen! The sorbet’s were not difficult to make, but they were time consuming because between different steps you need to wait. If I had an ice cream maker, I would be making this sorbet all the time!
