Coconut Macaroons (Christmas cookie, or all the time cookie! Very easy)

Oh yes, we are going there! Coconut Macaroons! These delicious and easy treats are sure to satisfy! I love making and eating these cookies. Coconut is one of my favorite things on this planet, so I know I am very biased toward these cookies.



Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 14 oz bag shredded coconut

  • ⅔ cup flour

  • Pinch salt

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  2. Mix all of the ingredients togethers.

  3. Drop 1 tablespoon of mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for about 14-16 minutes switching and rotating sheets halfway through. The bottom of the cookie will be golden brown and the top will start to have some color.
