Sweet Potato Red Flannel Hash with Tempeh (Recipe #51)
Sunday calls for Brunch! I still cannot decide if I like breakfast or brunch better. I think I like both! I made this sweet potato red flannel hash with tempeh for Jacob and I for brunch. It was so delicious!
I think the best part about this meal was how satisfying it was. The two different types of potatoes and the beets came together to make a tasty and healthy breakfast. I sauteed the tempah with a bit of soy sauce to get it crispy and add a smoky flavor.
Taste: 10/10--so satisfying!
