Peach Blueberry Smoothie

        After having tried three smoothie recipes in America’s Test Kitchen cookbook, I decided to make a smoothie with some of the ingredients that I had left in my freezer. I had frozen peaches and blueberries, so I made a peach blueberry smoothie! 



Peach Blueberry Smoothie

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • Pinch salt (⅛ tsp)

  • 2 tbsp hemp seed hearts

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup coconut milk yogurt

  • 1 cup water


Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend* until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!


*I have a smoothie setting on my blender, so that is what I use! It blends for approximately 60 seconds.
