Asparagus and Arugula Salad with Cannellini Beans (Recipe #32)

As with every recipe and in every cookbook, there will be recipes that you do not like. Everyone has different preferences and tastes. 

Personally, I did not like this salad recipe and I will not be making it again. There were some things that I did like! I did like onion and asparagus with the dressing. I thought the dressing was very tasty. It was a very simple dressing of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil. I did not like the combination of the sauteed vegetables over greens. The beans were a nice addition, but they felt out of place. I was confused while I ate the salad because it just did not feel like it belonged together.

I enjoyed trying the recipes and testing out this salad, but I would not recommend it to others. There are so many other delicious combinations for salads and this one just did not make the mark.
